Hosted by renowned astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson, COSMOS was a project of passion for Daniel Gregoire whom served as Animatic Director on over 370 scientific and narrative visualizations including the Cosmic Calendar and the Ship of the Imagination. Along with HALON Entertainment’s team lead, Ryan McCoy, a team of HALON’s previs artists to turnaround a vast number of sequences. The series was awarded 4 Primetime Emmys, and was nominated for 8 including Outstanding Special and Visual Effects and Outstanding Documentary or Nonfiction Programming.
